Warranty Service Instructions
1. Please follow the instructions and send back the sub-card of the warranty card within 14 days of delivery. Keep valid documents and warranty cards properly.
2. For warranty service, please call Shengyalai sales consultant and provide purchase records for follow-up.
3. When the staff to carry out product inspection or maintenance, please show the warranty card and document stub. Remarks:
The warranty period is ten years, calculated from the date of delivery.
When you need to enjoy the warranty service, you must show the warranty card and purchase documents. Sengyalai reserves the right to refuse to provide warranty if it fails to provide relevant purchase records.
Warranty service does not cover the following
① Personal feeling or preference for product hardness and comfort.
② Slight depression of less than 1cm on the surface of the mattress.
③ The product has been contaminated, burned, damaged or improperly maintained caused by damage, buckling, folding mattress; standing, jumping or sitting on the edge of the mattress on the mattress/mattress
Location, etc., are considered improper maintenance.
④ Damage to the surface fabric and accessories of the mattress and the bed-side shaped frame.
⑤ Hand-in-hand on the edge of the mattress: Hand-in-hand is only for auxiliary adjustment of the position of the mattress, and cannot be used as a transportation or turning of the mattress.
⑥ Damage caused by placing the mattress on a mattress that does not meet the specifications or has poor support (such as a shading frame or a row skeleton).
⑦ Slightly shrunk without hindering the zipper fastening of the mattress.
⑧ Any damage and stain caused by improper cleaning.
